Learning outcome BEM 09: The student of IBM acts in a customer and service-oriented way, develops networks independently and builds long-term relations with different stakeholders:

  • Students are able to use their own contacts to look for a Work Observation company
  • Students act in a professional way according to the business code of conduct in applying for, conducting and debriefing the job shadowing experience

 

Learning outcome BEM 11: The student of BM takes responsibility for their own professional development, reflects on their own actions and those of others, and follows up on (international) trends and integrates these new insights into their actions and thinking.

  • Students can motivate their personal choice of work observation and can relate the manager’s interview questions to their own professional goals
