The restaurant Csülök Csárda, where I had my work observation opened in 1983 in Esztergom, its main function is catering. The form of business is sole proprietorship. The current manager of the restaurant has been running the business since 2020. The restaurant has around 20 permanent employees who work under employment contracts and especially during the tourist season, there are typically 3-5 people who work "simplified employment" or part-time with daily notification.
